TeamShare builds upon CloudSync by offering a group domain with a common encryption password.
First and foremost, each device should share the same version number (and therefore schema version) of JuiceSSH. Then, make sure each device that is sharing a Connection Group has run a manual CloudSync. Then run a manual CloudSync on every other device to pull down the recently submitted changes.
If you are still running into issues, try checkout out the debug log by long pressing the version number in the settings menu.
