The most common reason for CloudSync not synchronising items is an incorrect CloudSync Encryption Passphrase.


If you are seeing backed up items that are not restoring, try updating your CloudSync Encryption Passphrase to the one previously used when synchronising the items into CloudSync. 


Please note that there is no way to reset a forgotten CloudSync password and still retrieve / decrypt previously backed up items. If you have forgotten your passphrase you will need to use the Wipe button to remove all previous CloudSync backups.


This should get your CloudSync backups flowing again.
